A normal day at St. Theresa Girls starts with students waking up at around 04:00 am. The girls then do personal administration till 05:00 am for morning prep that lasts till 06:00 am. They congregate in the school chapel for morning prayers every Monday to Friday. After the morning prayers they return to class up to 07:00 am, then go for breakfast till 07:30 am. Classes start at 08:00 am.
